On aurait pu craindre, pour décrire un domaine aussi pointu que l'horlogerie, des approximations de traduction ou même que la traduction fasse "disparaître "des notions importantes. Il semble que le contenu soit bien respecté.Ensuite, il y a évidemment, dans mon cas, des sections (je pense à la fabrication de boîtes ou d'échappements) dont je ne me servirai jamais, mais le simple fait de savoir comment telle pièce a été faite permet d'approcher une réparation ou une restauration avec des méthodes plus adaptées.Je ne mentirai pas en disant qu'il ne doit pas y avoir beaucoup de pages sans croquis explicatifs, en général de bonne qualité afin d'aider à la compréhension de ce qui est décrit.

Excellent livre sur la fabrication traditionnelle d'une montre
Livre indispensable à tout horloger rhabilleur .... ! Le métier y est décrit avec des détails qui font la différence entre pure théorie et mise en pratique. Le livre est déjà bien épais, on peut cependant regretter que l'auteur ne s'attarde pas sur certains points.
Levlivre, très pointu et ciblé dans son domaine a beaucoup plu à la personne à qui je me destinais et qui est passionnée par la fabrication des montres.Il est arrivé le lendemain dans un emballage d'une qualité suffisante pour un transport en voiture (pas par la poste)
